For clients who prefer to complete a short confidential questionnaire which we will assess and then be able to select the clinician best suited to you


Please note that cancelled or missed sessions will have to be settled in full unless, at the practitioner's discretion, an alternative time can be scheduled within the same week, should the practitioner have the scope. Kindly note this is discretionary and can only be done where the practitioner has availability.

Any written agreement which differs to the terms above and is signed by both parties takes precedent.

IN CASE OF an emergency?

Elephant is not a 24 hour practice however if you contact us we will try to ensure a clinician calls you as soon as possible. If you need support more urgently, please proceed to A&E at your nearest hospital or contact the 24-hour Helpline of the Institute of Mental Health on 6389 2222.
